The third and final Kupono workshop, entitled "How to Make Your Curriculum Less Oppressive to Hawaiian Students (2017-)" will feature Dr. Kehaunani Abad, Amy Perusso and Ph.D. candidate Maya Saffery and will focus on putting everything covered in the previous workshops into context today and planning ways that teachers can integrate what they have learned about political history in Hawaii and sovereignty into their classroom curricula.
